My favourites from Insight's AW 2012 lookbook. Love Ben Sullivan's laid back composition and use of natural light. And Laura May's styling is so on point. How good is that outfit with the dungarees? See the full editorial here.
(Label M hair mousse, Nanoblur Immediate Correction, Label M Resurrection Styling Dust, Clinique mascara, Bobbi Brown eye palette, Michael Kors watch, rings from Fashionology and Morocco)
Just some of the things I use on a day to day basis. Although I've started to use the mousse a lot less now I'm wearing my hair less curly. It works wonders at separating strands though. This Nanoblur serum was given to me by the Grazia team and although it's to smooth out wrinkles and stuff it's really helped my complexion. I'm not sure whether it's a combination of that and the Beauty Elixir spray I've started to use but my skin has gotten so much better recently. Guess I'm going to have to keep buying both! Oh and now I've started using this Label M Resurrection Styling Dust I will never, ever go back. Absolute life saver. Just wish it didn't run out so quickly! I'm about to run out of my second since November.
Apologies for the lack of posts recently. I have two big deadlines coming up and so do my willing photographers. I've also lent my 50mm lens to a friend whilst she's in Berlin but I'll be back on form shortly... lots of new things to show you (gone on a little spending spree recently, oops.)
(New Balance 576, Nike Challenger, Nike Air Max 1s in Red Velvet, Nike Air Max 1s in Brown Kelp)
Want them all. So wish I could get hold of either of the AM1s in my size. The Red Velvet don't look so great here but in person they are oh so nice. Just bought these New Balance 576s too. If you're looking for some get hold of a pair from the Made In England series. I most definitely would if they came in my size. Next stop... Ash wedge sneakers. I need to stop.
Speaking of sneakers I'm selling some Vans CA 46s (here) you all seem to love so much. Same as my black ones but with an additional charcoal mesh canvas panel. Labelled UK 3 but they fit me and I'm a 3.5.

Neon nails, varsity jackets, cropped tanks, distressed denim, sneakers, finger tattoos, and pastel dipped dyed hair. I've been umming and arring but I'm just going to go ahead and do it. You only live once hey...
(Vintage Levi's cut offs, American Apparel hooded jacket, Freshjive tee, rucksack courtesy of Grafea, Supreme beanie, creepers courtesy of Romwe, Michael Kors watch and a vintage leather jacket I found in my mum's closet)
A few days after I posted Fendi's perforated suede jacket here I found this battered vintage jacket in my mum's closet. After pulling off a few buttons, rolling up the sleeves, loosening some stitching and adding a hoodie underneath I've made it far more wearable and I actually quite like it.
Drove to the post office depot this morning after receiving about six delivery slips in my post box and among the pile of packages was this white leather rucksack from Grafea. I would never normally buy a structured rucksack, or white leather for that matter, but for some reason I just thought it might work. Pleased to say I think it does! So thank you. Check out their website here. My creepers finally arrived too and honestly once you start wearing them it's so, so hard to stop. I wouldn't be surprised if I ended up going down the Spice Girls route some time soon...
Dr. Dre, The Weeknd, Frank Ocean, Radiohead, Flylo, Amon Tobin, Sebastian Ingresso, Azealia Banks, A$AP Rocky, SBTRKT, Gaslamp, Co Flow, At The Drive In, Gaslamp... oh god. How I will be able to afford it I have no idea but I pretty much have to go. Anyone fancy taking me?
I saw a preview of the SS12 Wildfox White Label collection on Studded Hearts a few months back and can finally share my favourites from the whole collection. Pretty much need all of the cropped sweaters in the first four images. Every single one of them. Wouldn't mind that cross print sweater or the nude body for that matter. In fact I'm even warming to the rose print knitted tank dress. Yep, me. In rose print. It's that good. Gah.

Loving these fluorescent lime shades that seem to be popping up everywhere at the moment... think the combination of a fluoro nail and this COS sweater would be a good way to introduce my colour hating self to such a vibrant shade. Really want to buy it in a medium or large as it's looks quite tight fitting but it's sold out in those sizes on the website. Also a massive fan of New Balance sneakers. Think I'll be getting a black or navy pair as soon as my loan comes in.
Aaaah so much Isabel Marant. Editorial from Glamour Magazine February 2010. Loving white on white at the moment too... not that I have the ability to keep any of my whites very white. Oh how having olive skin would make things so much simpler. These next two weeks are filled with left-to-the-last-minute work so I doubt I'll be on point.
(Zara jogging coat, T by Alexander Wang cropped sweater, Topshop skinny jeans, eBay beanie, Vans sneakers, Michael Kors watch)
Ok so now that I've started to wear beanies I'm really struggling to stop. Allows you to wear far less everywhere else though. Oh and it turns out this Zara coat does have pockets! They were just stitched tighter than coat pockets usually are. Very hungover so I'm struggling to think of anything interesting to say to be honest... Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!
